Request for Proposal - 2026 Recreation Facilities Planning and Design Services

The City of Fort St. John is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced architectural and design firms to undertake comprehensive design development, cost estimation, construction administration, and related planning services for the City’s municipal recreation facilities. This project will focus on the assessment, planning, and design of upgrades, improvements, and potential renovations to the North Peace Arena, Kids Arena Fieldhouse, and Pomeroy Sport Centre.
