Citizen Science Presentation

  • Monday, November 24, 2025, 7:00 - 8:30pm
  • As one of their mandates to educate and engage the public, the Charlie Lake Conservation Society will be promoting Citizen Science over the next year.
Join us at the museum to learn this extremely fast-growing activity that is engaging people around the globe and generating scientific-quality data at an unprecedented rate. The presentation will introduce us to the incredible variety of projects that anyone can join, and will use iNaturalist as an example of the power of citizen science. There are many people using iNaturalist within the Peace Region so it’s very likely that someone you know is using it!

    Free admission. Donations are welcome.
