Request for Proposals - Parks and Recreation Plan Review and Update

The City is seeking a qualified consultant to update the Parks and Recreation Plan, building on the 2018 Plan and the 2023 update. Recent community engagement for the new aquatic facility and anticipated changes to existing recreation facilities have identified emerging needs and gaps in access. The updated Plan will refine the 2023 recommendations and provide direction for future investment, facility development, and land acquisition.
