FREE Snowshoe Rentals

Winter Fest is a time to take advantage of all sorts of classic seasonal activities! Why not try snowshoeing? Especially when rentals are FREE! Stop by the Visitor Centre (located inside the Pomeroy Sport Centre) to rent a set for up to 7 days! Sizes range from extra small to extra-large (fitting school-aged children to adults).  

Waivers must be completed by participants during the sign-out process. So that you know, all users who rent snowshoes are required to have an ActiveNet account with the City of Fort St. John in order. 

Don't forget to pick up the Snowshoe Information Brochure at the Visitor Information Centre. 

Want to put your snowshoes to use? Join us on the following dates this month for free snowshoe tours led by Tiffany from Peak Wyld Co.: 

February 1 from 6-8pm (Glow in the Dark tour at Kin Park) 
February 16 from 11am-1pm (Family Day tour at Kin Park) 
February 28 from 6-8pm (Glow in the Dark tour at Kin Park)
