In accordance with Sections 226 and 227 of the Community Charter, public notice is given that the City of Fort St. John Council will consider adopting Revitalization Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 2606, 2025 at their Regular Meeting on Monday, July 28, 2025 at 3 pm in Council Chambers inside City Hall (10631 - 100 Street, Fort St. John, BC).
This Revitalization Tax Exemption Bylaw aims to support new development on the vacant lot at 10004 100 Avenue, legally described as PID 032-330-006, Lot A EPP139371. This program intends to achieve this by providing a municipal property tax exemption for the above property, and will grant a five (5) year exemption for new mixed-use or commercial developments.
