The Applicant, One Plant (Retail) Corp., have applied to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch for a Cannabis Retail Store Licence. The establishment, under the name of One Plant Fort St. John, is proposed to be located at 9117 96A Street in Fort St. John. The proposed location is in the allowable area of the City’s C-3 (General Commercial) zone for a cannabis retail store.
Proposed hours of operation are from 10 am – 10 pm, seven days per week.
Residents and owners of businesses located within a 0.8 kilometre radius of the proposed establishment may comment on this proposal by writing to:
