A public meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 23, 2026 in City Hall Council Chambers at 6 pm to allow for public consultation regarding the proposed 2026 Capital and Operating Budgets in accordance with Section 166 of the Community Charter.
Additionally, Council will host a drop-in session on Monday, February 23, 2026 beginning at 5 pm in City Hall where you can view display panels and have a casual discussion with Council and staff regarding the Capital and Operating Budget.
