Lease of Land - Tasty Dogs

In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, public notice is given that the City of Fort St. John intends to lease concession space to Tasty Dogs on lands legally described as Lot 1, Section 31 Township 83 Range 18 W6M Plan PGP39610 (civic address 9505 100 Street – North Peace Leisure Pool) for $550 per year plus applicable taxes.

This Lease Agreement is for a 3-year term commencing January 1, 2026, and terminating December 31, 2028.
