In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, public notice is given
that the City of Fort St. John intends to lease dressing room space to FSJ Totems
Old Timers Hockey Association on lands legally described as PID 031-259-324
Lot 1 Section 31 Township 83 Range 18 W6M Plan EPP99252 (civic address 9805
96 Avenue – North Peace Arena) for $2,124 per year plus GST.
This Dressing Room Lease Agreement is for a 1-year term commencing October
1, 2025, and terminating September 30, 2026.
