Lease of Land - Fort St. John Speed Skating Club

In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, public notice is given that the City of Fort St. John intends to lease storage space to the Fort St. John Speed Skating Club on lands legally described as PID 031-259-324 Lot 1 Section 31 Township 83 Range 18 W6M Plan EPP99252 (civic address 9324 96 Street – Pomeroy Sport Centre) for $840 per year plus GST.

This Storage Lease Agreement is for a 3-year term commencing September 1, 2025, and terminating August 31, 2028.
