Lease of Land - Fort St. John Figure Skating Club Dressing Room & Storage

In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, public notice is given
that the City of Fort St. John intends to lease dressing room and storage space to the Fort St. John Figure Skating Club on lands legally described as PID 031-259-324 Lot 1 Section 31 Township 83 Range 18 W6M Plan EPP99252 (civic address 9805 96 Avenue – North Peace Arena) for $1,176 per year plus GST.

This Dressing Room and Storage Lease Agreement is for a 1-year term commencing October 1, 2025, and terminating September 30, 2026.
