Invitation to Tender - 2025 Asphalt Overlay Program

The work to be undertaken generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following:

• Milling and overlay of roads throughout the City, including:

1. Asphalt milling;
2. Asphalt paving;
3. Concrete curb removal and replacement.
