The City of Fort St. John will create a digital Candidate Profile Guide that allows each candidate to submit a 200-word profile, contact information, and a portrait photo. 

Once you have submitted your nomination package, complete this form to be included in the Candidate Profile Guide. Submissions must be received by 4 pm on Friday, September 11, 2026.
