    oin us June 21st to celebrate National Indigenous Peoples Day at Tse'k'wa National Historic Site! The event is free to attend, and everyone is welcome.

    • Doig River Drummers will kick off the event
    • Free soup and bannock lunch
    •  Archaeology displays with the 2026 UNBC Archaeology Field School
    • Self-guided tours of the cave

    There is FREE parking and a shuttle running from the Charlie Lake Pub (12984 Jackfish Frontage Rd, Charlie Lake). Parking at Tse’k’wa National Historic Site (12629 Butte Lane, Charlie Lake) is reserved for elders and accessible visitors only that day
