A wrap up to the ice carving weekend!
Snow carving workshop with FSJ Arts Council
1-4pm – Centennial Park
The Fort St John Arts Council will host a drop-in snow carving try-it session on Family Day. Stop by, learn some tips and tricks of snow carving, and help work on the community snow sculptures. Check in with the onsite helpers to borrow tools and get a short tutorial from the local artists before you begin working on the snow sculptures.

As we wrap up an exciting weekend of Ice Carving and prepare to say goodbye to the carvers, we invite you to come down to Centennial Park for a bowl of free chilli to enjoy as you walk around the park and check out the beautifully lit up sculptures!

A Winter Fest Favourite! Join us at the Centennial Park stage for an awesome show featuring dancers and live pyrotechnics!
Fire Tower Burning
6pm | Near Centennial Park Stage
Join Mayor Hansen and Council as we say farewell to the ice carvers and light up the fire tower! Haven’t seen the fire tower before? Our ice carvers build a large carving, fill it with wood, and burn it down to symbolize the end of the ice carving weekend.
