Business Façade Grant Information Workshop

This informative workshop is designed for businesses and organizations that are interested in 
applying—or have already applied—for the Business Façade Grant.

City staff will walk participants through key approval processes that often accompany larger improvement projects, including:

• Sign Improvement Permits
• Development Permits
• Business Permits

The goal is to help you better understand what’s required, avoid common roadblocks, and move your project forward with confidence.

Participants may also learn about the City’s Mural Planning Program, a creative option for those 
interested in incorporating public art into their building façades.

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
