Kin Park - Stormwater Control Pond

Construct a man-made stormwater management pond on the northeast end of Kin Park. The pond will help manage the stormwater from the northeast portion of the city and reduce the impact of flooding during large storm events. The project includes additional landscaping, interpretive signage, and a trail extension to the existing trail.
