Disposal of Land - North Peace Community Garden Society

In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, public notice is given that the 
City of Fort St. John intends to lease space to North Peace Community Garden Society to operate a community garden on lands legally described as PID 008-522-634 Lot 20 Block 2 Plan 23405 (civic address 9803 87 Street) for $1.00. 

The lease is for a ten-year term commencing in April 2025, and terminating in April 2035.
