The City of Fort St. John, in partnership with the Royal Canadian Legion, will be hosting the annual Remembrance Day Ceremonies on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
Events will include the annual parade, outdoor vigil at the Cenotaph, and remarks inside the Legion to follow. After the formal service, join the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 102 for an afternoon of games and dinner for all ages.
The parade will start at 10:40 am from the School District 60 Office on 102 Street, march past the Royal Canadian Legion via 105 Ave to City Hall and will conclude at the Cenotaph. Spectators are encouraged to view the parade along 105 Avenue and along 100 Street, and all are welcome to attend the outdoor and indoor ceremonies.
Road closures along the parade route [PDF/3.3MB] and near the Royal Canadian Legion on 105 Avenue will be in effect between 9:30 am and noon, with no vehicle access. BC Transit is offering free modified transit services on Remembrance Day.
