The City of Fort St. John is proud to announce the nominees for the 2025 Community Awards. These awards, which have four categories, recognize outstanding youth, individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations that positively impact our community.
This year’s nominees represent a diverse group of passionate and dedicated community members who have gone above and beyond to contribute to Fort St. John's vibrancy and well-being. From youth leaders to long-standing volunteers, each nominee exemplifies the spirit of service and community pride.

Their commitment to improving our city is truly inspiring,” Acting Mayor Sarah MacDougall stated. “Whether through volunteerism, leadership, or community service, they remind us of the power we all have to create lasting change for our community.”
The winners will be announced at the 18th Annual Community Awards Ceremony hosted during the Moose FM Block Party on Saturday, September 6, 2025. The ceremony, which begins at noon, will honour the nominee's achievements and celebrate the spirit of Fort St. John.
