The City of Fort St. John will complete a Labour Market Research Study to focus on Fort St.
John's labour market with the inclusion of the youth workforce and the temporary resident
workforce. The study will provide details on labour supply and demand, workforce
composition, local business overview, surveys of local employers, youth and temporary
resident workers and finally, recommendations for actionable recommendations for both
businesses and job hunters.
