Lease of Land - Grazing Lands

In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, public notice is given that the City of Fort St. John intends to lease a 13.12 acre (5.3 hectare) parcel of City owned property to Sheldon Gibb for grazing purposes on lands legally described as PID 003-648-494 Part of the Fractional North 1/2 of Section 17 Township 83 Range 18 W6M, Except Plans 19259 and 31395 for $1.00.
