Winter Fest Reimagined: The Start of a Month-Long Festival

The City of Fort St. John is excited to welcome residents and visitors to Winter Fest presented by Peace Country Rentals, a month‑long celebration of community spirit, northern culture, and outdoor winter fun. With activities happening across the city throughout February, Winter Fest brings together families, artists, and community partners for one of the region’s most anticipated annual events.

“Winter Fest is all about embracing the season, connecting, and showcasing what makes Fort St. John such a vibrant winter city,” said Mayor Lilia Hansen. “This year’s lineup brings back beloved favourites, such as the MNP Slide Hill and ice carvings, while introducing new opportunities to gather, create, and celebrate.”
