Voters were asked whether they were in favour of the City adopting Aquatic Facility Loan Authorization Bylaw No. 2635, 2026, authorizing borrowing of up to $90 million for a term of up to 30 years to construct the Aquatic Facility, including aquatics and an indoor field house.
