Project Description:
Replacement of water main and upgrade the existing paved road with storm sewer, street lighting, sidewalks, and reconstruction of the road base on 112 Avenue between 104 and 106 streets. The project also includes trail upgrades between 111 Avenue and 112 Avenue, road upgrades and storm sewer installation on 104 Street north of 111 Avenue, and upgrades to Triangle Park.
