Project Description:
Originally identified for upgrades in the Parks and Recreation Master Plan, adopted by Council in 2016, and based on extensive community input throughout 2019 and 2020, Kin Park is undergoing major upgrades. In addition, to the Phase 1 project, this project is to construct a gathering space, containing a warming area and storage and washroom facilities.
