Building Permit Fees are set out in the Building Bylaw. The below table summarizes the fees.

BUILDING PERMIT FEE

Fee for each $1000 Value of Construction

*To a maximum fee of $500,000.00

BUILDING PERMIT FEE IF CONSTRUCTION COMMENCED WITHOUT BUILDING PERMIT AND A STOP WORK NOTICE WAS ISSUED

Fee for each $1000.00 of Value of Construction

to a maximum fee of $750,000.00($100 million Value of Construction)
