Invitation to Tender - Public Works Building Addition Phase 1

Contract documents, contract drawings and any reference material for this project will only be distributed electronically in digital format through the tendering website at: https://urbansystems.bidsandtenders.ca/. Information will be available online on or after May 7, 2024.

An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on May 16, 2024, at 3:00 PM local time at 10303 Cree Rd, Fort St. John, BC V1J 6E5. Front Parking Lot Entrance – north side.

Tenders are scheduled to close May 28, 2024, at 2:00 PM local time through the tendering website at https://urbansystems.bidsandtenders.ca/. Tenders received by other methods will not be accepted.

The work to be undertaken generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following:

• New additions (mechanical bay, generator room and electrical room) to the existing Public Works building
