Youth invited to enter their artwork

The City of Fort St. John and the Fort St. John Arts Council invite all youth aged 15-19 in the Peace River Regional District to submit artwork for this year’s High on Ice Winter Fest’s fleece Half-Pike Tuberz®. This cozy clothing item is produced each year to promote the annual event and is shared with carving artists, public, and volunteers.
The annual City of Fort St. John High on Ice Winter Fest happens in Fort St. John every year on the Family Day weekend. This festival has been a winter celebration for our residents and region for nearly 20 years and will take place on February 16-18, 2024.
“We are excited to select a design created by our local youth to feature at this season’s High on Ice Winter Fest,” stated Eryn Griffith, Arts and Culture Manager for the City of Fort St. John. “And we would like to recognize the Fort St. John Arts Council for their ongoing support with this artistic initiative.”
