Standard First Aid Blended (OFA Level 1 Equivalent)

This course requires 8 hours of online training and 8 hours of in class skills assessments. This 16 hour first aid and CPR course that covers topics such as cardiovascular/ breathing emergencies, sudden medical emergencies, injuries to head/neck/spine and musculoskeletal injuries. Canadian Red Cross Blended First Aid is accepted By WorkSafe BC as Equivalent to OFA Level 1.
