Joy Switch Training

Did you know there is a relational "switch" inside your brain that activates joy - the secret to healthy emotions and relationships? When the switch is off, we lose our ability to be our best selves. We feel overwhelmed, stressed, and disconnected from others. The good news is that we don't have to stay stuck or disconnected.

The Joy Switch event is all about finding our relational sweet spot where we enjoy the comforting interactive presence of Jesus, where we enjoy the people in our lives, and where we are able to stay true to who God designed us to be, regardless of circumstances.
