Aqua Tots

This 45 minute postnatal fitness class helps introduce baby to the water while parents/ caregivers get to socialize with one another and bring fitness back into their lives. This class is great for babies age 4 months to 2 years old. 

NOTE: Swim diapers are required for all little swimmer, not regular disposable or cloth.
