The City of Fort St. John is currently accepting tender submissions for CITY OF FORT ST. JOHN – 2024 CAPITAL ROADWORKS – 89 AVENUE PHASES 2 & 3

The work to be undertaken generally consists of, but is not limited to the following:

  • Approximately 600lm of full depth road reconstruction, installation of new sidewalks and streetlighting. Installation of 600lm of 300mm diameter watermain and associated fittings. Replacement of 23 - 25mm water services, installation of 530lm of storm sewer system ranging in diameters of 450-750. Project will be procured through a Best Value Procurement process (BVP). Phases 2 and 3 are included in this tender. Phase 2 has a completion date of Sept 2024, Phase 3 is to be complete by September 2025.
