Remember in place this Remembrance Day

November 5, 2020

While the Royal Canadian Legion is hosting the annual Remembrance Day Service on November 11, 2020, it will look slightly different this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The indoor service is invite-only to ensure it complies with all Provincial Health Orders. Residents are encouraged to participate virtually in the online service that will be live-streamed on the Fort St. John Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 102 and City of Fort St. John Facebook pages and on the City of Fort St. John Youtube Channel. There will be no parade or service at the outdoor cenotaph.

The Fort St. John Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 102 and the City of Fort St. John encourages all residents to take a moment at 11 am, wherever you are, to observe a moment of silence to honour our veterans and those who continue to serve and protect our country.

Please show your support by purchasing a poppy, donating to the Royal Canadian Legion, or putting a poppy in your front window.
