The Manager of Human Resources/Labour Relations (HR/LR), in partnership with the Chief Human Resources Officer, is responsible for the overall administration of the Human Resources and Labour Relations functions of the City. The position includes responsibilities to provide direction to management members in the application and interpretation of the Collective Agreements and Labour Relations Policies. The Manager of HR/LR will perform the functions of recruitment and retention, learning and development, labour and employee relations to meet the needs of employees, managers and strategic needs of the municipality.
