100 Street Corridor - Phase 4

Project Description: The fourth phase of the 100 Street Corridor project includes the upgrading of the below and above-ground upgrades on 100 Street between 101 Avenue and 103 Avenue.

Project Description: Complete construction of 108 Street at 114a Avenue that the developer did not complete, with a paved road surface, sidewalks and streetlighting.

Budget: $1.25 million | Funded by the Peace River Agreement and Water Reserves
Project Description: Upgrade the existing gravel road from 100 to 101 avenues to paved standards with street lighting, sidewalks, and reconstruction of the road base.

89 Avenue - Phase 1

Budget: $2.25 million | Funded by the Peace River Agreement and Water Reserves
Project Description: Upgrades to the underground utilities, installation of new sidewalks and streetlighting, and a complete rebuild of the road along 89 Avenue. Phase 1 will see between 78a and 81a streets completed.

Sidewalks & Streetlighting

Project Description: Completing the project started last year to install sidewalks and streetlights along 84 Street between 93 and 96 avenues and along 95 Avenue between 84 and 86 streets.

The Station Repairs
