Project Status: The fifth and final phase of the 100 Street Corridor project includes the upgrading of the below and above-ground upgrades on 100 Street between 103 Avenue and 105 Avenue.

89 Avenue - Phase 1
Start Date: Summer 2023
End Date: Late Spring 2024
Budget: $2.25 million | Funded by the Peace River Agreement and Water and Sewer Reserves
Project Description: Upgrades to the underground utilities, installation of new sidewalks and streetlighting, and a complete rebuild of the road along 89 Avenue. Phase 1 will see between 78a and 81a streets completed.
