The Kids Arena Fieldhouse
The Kids Arena Fieldhouse, located in Fort St. John, British Columbia, was originally renovated into an
indoor soccer pitch in 2011 and recently has underwent updates to accommodate a dry concession. This
facility is owned and operated by the City of Fort St. John. It is located in a highly developed recreational
space at 9615 96 Avenue which is adjacent to the Curling Rink, Pomeroy Sport Centre, North Peace
Arena, Centennial Park, the and the North Peace Leisure Pool.
This facility is a hub of activity all year long, the indoor soccer pitch is used for all types of indoor
sports and play activities. While the facility is dominated by soccer, rugby, and lacrosse, track and field
are also in the building. Learn to Play and Active Sport are programs in the facility as well as birthday
parties tailored to sports and bouncy inflatable toys. During winter months the facility is open for rental by
schools, preschools and community sport groups. After the current renovations are complete this fall,
there will be two small meeting rooms for parties and meetings available in the facility.
