Do you love to skate? Each Sunday Progress Energy has made it possible for you to skate for FREE all winter long! 

Skate rentals from the Hard Edge Sports Skate Shop are available for $5.50 + tax, they also sharpen skates for $6.60 + tax per pair.

Need a helmet? Just ask at the Visitor Centre to sign one out. Free to use, first come first serve. Children 8 years and younger must be accompanied on the ice by a guardian of 16 years old or older.

Skate time is 12:00 pm -2:30 pm and 3:30 pm- 6:00 pm. There is an ice flood from 2:30 pm- 3:30 pm so there will be no skaters allowed on the ice until the flood is complete. 

Don't forget to check in at the Visitor Centre downstairs before heading up!

You may already work out but are you doing your exercise properly? Fitness Form 100 is a new class to help heighten gym success and lower the risk of injury. Our instructor Teri is a kinesiologist who specializes in how your body should move. She will guide you through a strength workout but will ensure your form is proper and safe. Additionally, you will figure out how much weight you should be taking on and how to work out ALL your muscles effectively. This program is great for beginners but a great for any gym goer!

This is for 16 years and up.
