A light hearted session that is short by packed with a combination of stretching, sustained & flowing poses and ending with relaxation. Focus will be given to breathing, basic alignment & mindfulness that will leave you feeling renewed.
Please remember to bring your watter bottle. Mats, blocks, and straps are available for no cost. Drop-in's welcome, space permitting.
