Yogi Up Fitness

Description: 

A light hearted session that is short but packed with a combination of stretching, sustained and flowing poses and ending with relaxation. Focus will be given to breathing, basic alignement and minfulness that will leave you feeling renewed. Please remember to bring your water bottle. Mats, blocks, and straps available for no cost. Drop-ins welcome, space permiting.
