Morning Bootcamp is an early morning 45-minute workout that combines cardio, weights and stretching. Participants will leavefeeling rejuvenated and ready to start thier day. The class is geared towards all fitness levels with low impact modifications for every movements so they can take it to the intensity that works best their body. Drop-ins welcome, pass required.
Full class rate: $96.00 or drop-in for $10.00 at the front desk.
