Walk, swim, or skate your way to the win!
Choose one or more ways to complete the trek from Dawson Creek to the Delta Junction; a whopping 2,224 Kilometers!
Only laps skated on the Pomeroy Sports Centre skating oval will be counted. Only laps walked on the Northern Vac Track will be counted. Only lengths swam at the North Peace Leisure Pool will be counted.
1 Northern Vac Track lap = 4.2 km
1 NPLP length = 2.8 km
1 PSC Skating oval lap = 2.1 km
There will be one prize awarded at each level; 1.Northern Lights: Dawson Creek to Liard River Hot Springs (765 km). 2.Klondike: Liard River Hot Springs to Whitehorse (654 km). 3.Stars & Stripes: Whitehorse to Delta Junction (805 km).
This challenge runs from January 2 until February 19.
