Mosaic 150 Mural

We want to send a BIG THANK YOU to all those community members who have helped us paint tiles. The Mural is now complete, and can be seen hanging in the front entrance of City Hall.

Fort St. John's Mosaic 150 Mural! This mural is part of a National Project that celebrates Canada’s 150 Birthday in 2017.
Our Mural also celebrates the 75 Anniversary of the Alaska Highway in 2017. This Nation wide project represents a train car that travels across Canada, by connecting different communities.

Fort St. John is one of fifteen communities in British Columbia to be a part of this project, and we have had YOUR help in creating it!
The residents of Fort St. John have painted a tile that represents what they love about Fort St. John, or, different unique and iconic images from around the community. These tiles have made up a larger image to become a part of this Fort St. John legacy piece that will be seen across the Country.

This project has been made possible in part by the Government of Canada<< Ce projet a ete rendu possible en partie grace au gouvernement du Canada.
