The Manager of the City of Fort St. john is
Dianne Hunter.

The City Manager of the City of Fort St. John is appointed by, and reports to, City Council. The City Manager oversees the overall administration of the corporate body of the City, its officers and staff. In addition, the City Manager keeps Council up to date on corporate matters and ensures that Council policy is implemented and bylaws are enforced.

The City Manager also leads the Senior Management team who direct the various operational departments.  Further, the City Manager sets the overall strategic direction to ensure that Council's goals and objectives are achieved.
