Homeowner Grant information:
Homeowner grants have to be claimed every year by the owner of the property. In order to qualify for the homeowner grant, the owner's name must be on title, they must reside at the property and they cannot have applied for the grant on any other property. If all you have to do is claim the homeowner grant, you can save yourself a trip by either faxing the completed form to (250)787-8191 or by emailing the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have misplaced your form, you can reprint using this Home Owner Grant Form - please submit it to City Hall and not the ministry address that is quoted on the form.
