Cardio Blast - Shallow

Monday/Wednesday - 9:35am - 10:25am

Tuesday - 7:40pm - 8:30pm

Registration not required - this is a drop-in program

Push yourself, get your heart rate up, and work on your endurance! Cardio Blast Shallow is aimed to give you a full body work out with the main focus on cardio. This class is suited for everyone and modifications can be made to any exercise to fit your personal goals and needs.

Cardio Blast - Deep

Friday - 9:35am - 10:25am

Wednesday - 7:40pm - 8:30pm

Registration is not required - this is a drop-in program

This class is aimed to give you a full body work out with the main focus on cardio. This class is in the deep end, meaning it's low impact and requires a lot of balance.

Strength & Stretch

Tuesday & Thursday - 11:00am - 11:45am

Registration not required - this is a drop-in program

This class takes place in the leisure pool and is designed for people who have restricted or reduced mobility. The aim of the class is to improve range of motion and increase joint movement.

Watercise Low

Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 11:00am - 11:50am

Registration not required - this is a drop-in program.

Held in the shallow end of the lap pool, this class is a full body work out with low intensity movements. All fitness levels are welcome!

Hydro Rider

Monday to Friday - 6:45am - 7:30am

Tuesday - 7:40pm - 8:30pm

Thursday - 12:10pm - 12:50pm

Registration not required - this is a drop-in program.

Low impact, low resistance, intense workout on stationary spin bikes in the leisure pool. Make sure to bring water shoes and get ready to ride!

Mix It Up Monday

Monday - 7:40pm - 8:30pm

Registration not required - this is a drop-in program.

Instructor's choice - come check out what our instructors have to offer and all their unique ways to work out. No need to be bored, there's always new and exciting ways to get your fitness in.

HIIT Thursday

Thursday - 7:40pm - 8:30pm

Registration not required - this is a drop-in program.

High Intensity Interval Training! Alternating periods of intense water aerobics followed by a short recovery period. All fitness levels welcome.

Circuit Class

Saturday - 10:30am - 11:30am

Registration not required - this is a drop-in program.

In this class, anything goes. All levels of fitness welcome, modifications can be made to suit your goals.

Water Running

Sunday - 11:05am - 11:55am

Registration not required - this is a drop-in program.

No impact and a lot of endurance! Increase your cardio and strength with reduced strain on your joints.
